Chris Davis smashed his bat over his knee, reducing it to splinters of wood after a strikeout

Chris Davis is a big, strong baseball man. Listed at 6-foot-3, 230 pounds, the Orioles slugger is known for effortless dinger mashing and being a run producer in the middle of Buck Showalter's lineup.
Of course, the majority of any player's at-bats end in disappointment, be it a groundout, popup, or any number of other possibilities ... including the dreaded strikeout. No hitter likes striking out. It's probably very frustrating.
It certainly was for Davis during Monday's 7-1 loss to the Blue Jays, as he whiffed on a J.A. Happ offspeed pitch and took it out on his bat:

While you sit there wincing in pain as if your own thighs just crushed a baseball bat, here's Davis doing the same thing last April:

Go get 'em next time, Chris.
