Eric Young Jr. was relentless in the Salt Lake City Bees' 2-1 win over the Tacoma Rainiers on Sunday. The Triple-A affiliates were battling against one another, and the center fielder refused to get out during a play. In the top of the ninth, Young hit a grounder to Tacoma first baseman Gordon Beckham. Beckham made the play and began to run at Young, but Young wanted to avoid the situation as much as possible by backtracking toward home plate to avoid the tag:
Beckham was a good sport about it and playfully chased him down until he laid the polite tag on him.
