Check out some of the best tweets from Major and Minor Leaguers
Tweets of the Week is probably the most straightforward segment on this website that you'll ever see. Each week, we'll take a look at some of the funniest, cheekiest and most noteworthy tweets tweeted by professional baseball players. Super simple. We hope you aren't confused. Let's start with MLB.
Tweets from the Bigs
It's phenomenal that Daniel Hudson is a professional athlete who eats the same frosted, flaky, and sucrose-enhanced goodness that middle schoolers eat on the daily.
Happy 1st birthday to my baby girl!! Thanks for being the biggest sweetheart I know pic.twitter.com/OupQg8r2tC— Dansby Swanson (@LieutenantDans7) June 16, 2017
This picture is overwhelmingly wholesome. I honestly don't like dogs that much, but this #Dog seems like a #GoodDog. Bizarre side note: We actually once interviewed another one of Dansby's dogs.
The Fidget Spinner Fad Continues
Bravos put up 13 today in DC and I signed a fidget spinner... it was a good day. ✈️--> ATL— Jason Hursh (@Jason_Hursh) June 15, 2017
"Hey Jason Hursh, will you please sign my fidget spinner?" must be one of the most absurd sentences ever uttered.
Pittsburgh Legends Meet Face to Face
This must have been such a cool moment. Sidney Crosby has been an enormous fan of Pirates starter Trevor Williams since Trevor was at Arizona State. It really was a long time coming for Crosby to meet such a superstar like Trevor.
Blevins Provides some #NightmareFuel
Heard the theme song for a horror movie coming from the ice cream truck of my nightmares 🤡 pic.twitter.com/Rt55N3OVe9— Jerry Blevins (@jerryblevins) June 12, 2017
What's an ice cream truck doing playing music at 10 p.m. on a Sunday night in New York City?
And now, Minor League folks who are Major League Tweeters.
Closed Eyes, Can Lose
I'm not a professional hitting coach, but I recommend opening your eyes.
Minor League Snacktime
Not trying to put words in Braden Bishop's mouth, but it seems to me that he's trying to say that in the Minors it's always ...
I'm probably wrong, but maybe he meant former Giants running back Tiki Barber was in the bathroom?
