Ozzie Albies called his shot on his first career walk-off home run

The walk-off home run ranks among the most exciting plays in baseball thanks to the stakes of the situation and the finality of the outcome. So, when Ozzie Albies came to the plate against the Reds to lead off the bottom of the 11th inning with the score tied at 4, the pressure was on the young Atlanta star. One swing could end the game.
None of that mattered. He liked the first pitch he saw from Reds reliever Dylan Florio and sent it over the wall to give the Braves a 5-4 win:

As impressive as it is for a 21-year-old to hit a clutch walk-off home run, what's even more impressive is that Albies called his shot before stepping to the plate. According to MLB.com's Mark Bowman, Albies turned to Danny Santana and said, "It's time to go long now" as he strode toward the batter's box.
Indeed it was time.
