The San Jose Sharks' new look had a strong Bay Area baseball feel

On Saturday, the San Jose Sharks defeated the Carolina Hurricanes, but before the game they paid tribute to their Bay Area neighbors, the San Francisco Giants. The Sharks' warmup jerseys for the day were a reimagined version of the Giants' orange jerseys:

The Giants heartily approved of the Sharks' new look:

Not only that, but Giants mascot Lou Seal showed up at the rink to hang out with Sharks mascot S.J. Sharkie:

While the team repped Giants orange, the fans in the arena were treated to cream-colored Giants-inspired Sharks jerseys of their own:

Good-looking threads were to be had by all at the arena.
