Watch Bartolo Colon work out at his baseball academy to refine his game even further

In the genre of offseason workout videos, Bartolo Colon's are blockbusters. Every winter, he travels to his baseball academy in the Dominican Republic and puts all of MLB on notice: He will come back bigger, stronger, Bartolo-er.

Bartolo needs 11 wins to surpass Hall of Famer Juan Marichal as the winningest pitcher from the Dominican Republic. If he keeps working out like this, who knows what he'll accomplish with the Braves in 2017.
