Logan Schafer showed great hustle on a popup ... before face-planting on the infield dirt

From the time you first learn how to play baseball, you're taught to run out every hit. The Twins' Logan Schafer got that lesson right as he sprinted around first base after hitting an infield popup during Minnesota's 11-4 loss to the White Sox on Friday night.
Unfortunately, he forgot an even earlier lesson: Always look where you're going.

While the rest of us hope no one saw us when we trip -- despite everyone inside the cafe staring as we're coated in cream and coffee -- Schafer's slip-up happened in front of thousands of fans. At least he can take comfort in knowing that his happened while in athletic competition, while our foibles are the result of being constantly uncoordinated.
