How do I coordinate my group outing with the D-backs?

In order to coordinate your group outing, we recommend speaking directly with a Group Sales Representative by calling 602.462.4600. You will have the ability to select where your group will be seated and learn about the exclusive benefits of being a group leader.

What are the benefits of bringing a group out to the ballpark?

Benefits of bring a group out to the ballpark include no ticket or tax surcharge, exclusive group leader perks, complimentary group scoreboard message, personalized service from your rep, and many more!

What is the minimum number of tickets required in order to get the group discount?

The group minimum is 15 tickets, and there is no maximum number of tickets (subject to availability).

Do I have to purchase all the tickets at time of order, even if I do not know my final group size?

Upon reserving the tickets, we ask for a 50% deposit for the reservation of your group's tickets. Up until two weeks prior to the game, group leaders can increase or decrease their group ticket number, depending on your group size. Final payment is due two weeks prior to the event. All sales are final. Increasing ticket numbers is based on availability.

What age do children require a ticket for admission into the park?

Toddlers, 24 months or younger, do not need a ticket to enter Chase Field. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
