Beyond our scholarship program, the Baseball Assistance Team is dedicated to supporting former players as they transition into new careers. Below are resources provided to support your professional development and help guide you through this next chapter.
Google Career Certificates
As a Grow With Google Partner, we received a limited number of licenses that we offer to individuals eligible for B.A.T. assistance. If you are interested, you may request access to virtual, self-paced courses such as:

Shorter Courses (10 hours or less)

Certificates Curriculum Information HERE
It takes 3-to-6 months to complete each of the courses by dedicating at least 10 hours per week. Additionally, the time required to receive the certificate of completion will depend on the type of course and the amount of material it contains.

Podium X
Through Podium X, we support players throughout the job placement process. Podium X is a career development platform designed specifically for athletes to showcase the skills and qualities that make them successful beyond sports.
The platform includes:
- Digital professional profile
- Resume builder
- Cover letter generator
- Elevator pitch generator
- Interview preparation
- Thank-you note generator
- Internal job board with Podium X partner companies
In addition, users who access Podium X through the B.A.T. program receive personalized support to help them maximize the platform's benefits.
