Now Batting - Mateo Lopez

Hello, my name is Mateo Lopez. I come from a Colombian family background, but I was born and raised in Queens, N.Y. Despite being from Queens, I would have to say the Yankees are my baseball team of choice.

I recently graduated from The City College of New York, where I majored in economics and minored in biology. While obtaining my undergraduate degree, I was working a customer service role at Juice Generation located in Manhattan. In my efforts to continue my passion for helping and problem solving, I was fortunate to land an internship role at MLB under the Baseball Assistance Team (B.A.T). B.A.T. serves as a great career starting opportunity for me as I will be able to gain experience and connections during my position. I look forward to all the career opportunities MLB has to offer and look forward to working with all the members of the B.A.T. Team!
