Hello everyone! My name is Lisa Olen, and B.A.T. has welcomed me onto their team as their new intern. I have graduated from Farmingdale State College with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management, following with a Master of Business Administration: concentration in Marketing degree from New York Institute of Technology. I participated on the Women's Lacrosse team at Farmingdale State College. The student-athlete experience has played a large role in molding me into the hard working and determined team player I am today. I am currently motivated to find a career path that will satisfy my passion for giving back to those within the Baseball Family.

I am truly honored to have the opportunity to learn and grow as an individual with B.A.T. while absorbing all aspects on how a non-profit organization is successful within the sports industry. Working closely with the B.A.T. employees will help me view the behind the scenes day to day tasks of a charity. I will be able to apply all my Sports Management degree skills with B.A.T. This hands-on experience will help me develop into a successful corporate leader for my future. I am looking forward to my experience with B.A.T.
