Let MLB players live-tweet Game 7 of the NBA Finals for you

(Eric Risberg)

Sunday night featured a can't-miss sporting event of epic proportions: Game 7 of the NBA Finals between the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers at Oracle Arena in Oakland.
As you might imagine, quite a handful of MLB players are also basketball enthusiasts, and made their fandom known on Twitter all night.
Before the game, Astros ace Dallas Keuchel made his pick:

Carlos Carrasco of the Indians, meanwhile, was apparently taking in the craziness at the viewing party in Cleveland:

While his teammate, Yan Gomes, was also part of the #AllIn phenomenon going on in the Cleveland area at the moment:

Joc Pederson of the Dodgers, a Northern California native, rooted on his Warriors:

Trea Turner of the Nationals was particularly impressed by Kyrie Irving's dominant third-quarter effort:

During the third, Brett Anderson saw fit to tease his Dodgers teammate Trayce Thompson (brother of the Warriors' Klay) a bit:

As the drama intensified, other MLBers flooded Twitter with takes of their own:

After the Cavs pulled off the thrilling victory, more tweets were tweeted, players -- many of them Indians, naturally -- celebrated with the city:

And James, the Cavs' vocal leader and the Finals MVP, definitely knows what this championship means to the city of Cleveland:
