Manny Machado duped the Braves' mascot with one of the oldest tricks in the book

Manny Machado isn't known for his bloopers -- he's pretty regularly known for the eye-popping things he does on the diamond -- but the Braves' mascot Blooper is known for his. I mean, his name alone lends itself to some downright shenanigans.

There were shenanigans on the field prior to Monday's Padres-Braves game at SunTrust Park involving the pair mentioned above, with Machado gaining the upper hand by perfectly executing one of the oldest tricks in the book:

Admit it: You've probably fallen for that one before. We all have at one point or another in our lives. But still, Blooper ... c'mon man. That's gotta sting.
