Bottomless Bites Terms and Conditions
The Cleveland Guardians Bottomless Bites Ticket (“Bottomless Bites”) provides eligible single-game ticket purchasers (“Ticket Holder”) with access to select all-you-can-eat concession items—hot dogs, chips, popcorn, peanuts, and fountain sodas—during designated Cleveland Guardians (“Club”) home games at Progressive Field in the 2026 season. Bottomless Bites items will be available only at the Concession Stand behind Section 525 (“Designated Stand”) and inside the Discount Drug Mart Club (“DDM Club”). Eligible items under the Bottomless Bites Ticket include all food and fountain sodas offered in the DDM Club and hot dogs, chips, popcorn, peanuts, and fountain sodas at the Designated Stand. Alcoholic beverages, bottled water, and all other menu items are excluded. Ticket Holders may select up to two (2) of each item type per visit to the Designated Stand with no limitation to number of visits. The Club, venue, and concessionaire reserve the right to limit service to ensure reasonable consumption and may modify item availability or operating hours without notice.
Bottomless Bites Tickets may be purchased on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Quantities are limited and availability is not guaranteed. Bottomless Bites are valid only for the date and game printed on the ticket and may not be used for any other game. Bottomless Bites are only available through and until the end of the fifth (5th) inning at the Designated Stand and the seventh (7th) inning in the DDM Club.
Bottomless Bites purchases will be delivered digitally through the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device. Only the Ticket Holder who purchased the Bottomless Bites Ticket through their MLB Ballpark app account may redeem it at the Designated Stand or inside the DDM Club. Bottomless Bites Tickets cannot be forwarded, transferred, shared, exchanged, or resold. Bottomless Bites Ticket Holders will receive a wristband for identification at the Designated Stand and DDM Club. It is expected that Bottomless Bites food will only be consumed by the Ticket Holder.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits for non-use, partially used Add-Ons, or missed games, except as required by law or Club policy. Misuse or violation of these terms (including attempts to share, resell, or otherwise misrepresent eligibility) may result in revocation of Bottomless Bites privileges without refund.
The terms and conditions of your Bottomless Bites Ticket and all policies governing its use are subject to the Cleveland Guardians Regular Season Ticket Terms & Conditions as well as all applicable Progressive Field policies.
