Design Your Own Program
Whether tournament setting, modified rules for a recreational league, or a custom practice plan to reinforce specific gameplay situations, a unique program can be designed to suit the needs of your athletes. Choose from our menu of options based on athlete age group, tournament structure, and gameplay environment, or choose from a list of recommended modifications from our top contributors.
In addition to Hit and Run Baseball, the USA Baseball Sport Development Team aims to grow the game of baseball by providing amateur resources to all its constituents, and is home to the Long-Term Athlete Development Plan (LTAD), Mobile Coach App, Sport Development Blog and numerous educational courses amongst other assets.
