STH Exchange FAQs

What is the deadline to exchange out of a game?
Tickets must be turned in at least two hours in advance of the game that you are not attending to be considered eligible for exchange. All ticket exchange transactions must be finalized in advance of the two hour deadline, any transactions not completed prior to the deadline will be cancelled.  

Can I exchange tickets on my smart phone?
No. Tickets can only be exchange through your My Tickets account on a desktop or laptop computer. Smart phones and tablets are not compatible with the ticket exchange program.

What games can I exchange into?
All games after Opening Day, subject to availability, are eligible to be exchanged into.

As a reminder, tickets for past games are unable to be exchange. For tickets to be eligible for exchange, the exchange will need to be processed at least two hours in advance of the scheduled start time of the game you are turning in.

Is there a cost to exchange my season tickets?
As a valued Season Ticket Holder, you have the ability to exchange tickets to games you can't attend. When applicable, ticket exchange fees may apply. Ticket exchange fees are based off of a special Season Ticket Holder Exchange pricing scale.

What tickets are eligible to be exchanged?
Opening Day, July 9th, 10th, 13th, and 14th are ineligible to exchange, along with any game during the regular season that reaches a sell-out. All other season tickets are eligible to be exchanged.

Will I receive attendance bonus for exchanged tickets?
Yes! Exchanged tickets are eligible to receive the attendance bonus. 

Can I exchange tickets the day of the game, in-person at the box office or over the phone?
All ticket exchanges must be made through your account at www.indians.com/mytickets, at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game you are turning in. Exchanges will not be processed in-person or over the phone. 

When I exchange tickets, can I select the section, row, and seat numbers for my tickets?
Yes! You are able to select your exact seating location within the ballpark, using our interactive seat map. 

Can I upgrade my season tickets for an upcoming game?
Yes. You have the option of exchanging your tickets into any seating location in the ballpark, subject to availability.

Can I exchange multiple games into one game?
Yes. If you are looking to exchange multiple games into one game, you will need to process each transaction separately. 

When I exchange tickets, will loaded value carry over to the new game?
No. Loaded Value is non-transferrable and only offered on tickets which are originally part of a season ticket plan.

When I exchange tickets, will Home Plate Club access carry over to the new game?
No. Home Plate Club access is non-transferrable and only offered on tickets which are originally part of a season ticket plan.

Will I have access to the season ticket holder only gates when entering with exchanged tickets?
Yes, you are able to enter the ballpark through the season ticket holder only gates with the tickets you exchanged into.

Do season ticket partners have access to the ticket exchange program?
Yes. All registered Ticket Partners are eligible for the ticket exchange program.

To designate partners on your Tribe Rewards account, fill out the form under the "Partners" tile on the Home page of your account.

Will I be able to exchange tickets that I received through the ticket exchange program?
Yes! You are able to exchange tickets you have received through the ticket exchange program. The value of the tickets received will be the value applied to the new game you are exchanging into.
