2027 Boston Red Sox Ticket Terms and Conditions

The holder of this ticket agrees to the terms and conditions on this ticket and the rules and policies of the Boston Red Sox Baseball Club LP ("Club") on behalf of him or herself and any accompanying parties for whom holder retains a ticket to attend the applicable event (each, an "Accompanying Party"). THIS TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE AND DOES NOT CONFER ANY PROPERTY RIGHTS OR INTERESTS ON THE HOLDER. THE CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REVOKE THE LICENSE GRANTED BY THIS TICKET AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, INCLUDING IF ANY ATTEMPTED TRANSFER OR RESALE OF THE TICKET DOES NOT COMPLY WITH CLUB POLICIES. TICKET HOLDER AGREES THAT ANY FAILURE TO ABIDE BY CLUB POLICIES, INCLUDING ANY RESALE PRICE RESTRICTIONS, PROVIDES AN APPROPRIATE BASIS FOR THE CLUB'S REVOCATION OF THIS TICKET WITHOUT NOTICE OR REFUND. IN ADDITION, THE CLUB MAY REFUSE ADMISSION TO, OR EJECT FROM FENWAY PARK, ANY TICKET HOLDER WITHOUT REFUND IF THE HOLDER FAILS TO COMPLY WITH ANY CLUB POLICIES APPLICABLE TO CONDUCT AT FENWAY PARK OR IS DEEMED TO BE DISORDERLY.

THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET, ON BEHALF OF HIM OR HERSELF AND ANY ACCOMPANYING PARTY, VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PROPERTY LOSS AND PERSONAL INJURY INCIDENTAL TO ATTENDING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT OR ACTIVITY AT FENWAY PARK FOR WHICH THIS TICKET WAS ISSUED (THE "FENWAY PARK ACTIVITY"), INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO THE STRUCTURE AND CONDITION OF FENWAY PARK AND THE DANGER OF BEING INJURED BY THROWN OR FLYING OBJECTS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TICKET HOLDER, ON BEHALF OF HIM OR HERSELF AND ANY ACCOMPANYING PARTY, IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ALL CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE AGAINST THE CLUB, ANY OTHER PARTICIPATING CLUBS OR TEAMS OF ANY NATURE, THE BROADCASTER OF THE FENWAY PARK ACTIVITY, AND EACH OF THEIR PARENT AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES, AND THEIR AGENTS, LICENSEES, VENDORS, EMPLOYEES, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY THE "RELEASED PARTIES"), AND RELEASES AND DISCHARGES THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY, COSTS, EXPENSES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES (WHETHER DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL AND WHETHER ARISING UNDER STATUTE, FROM NEGLIGENCE, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE FENWAY PARK ACTIVITY, FENWAY PARK, OR ANY SERVICE PROVIDED OR ANYTHING SOLD THERE NOTWITHSTANDING THAT IT MAY HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION ON THE PART OF SUCH RELEASED PARTY OR PARTIES.

Covid-19 is an extremely dangerous disease that can lead to severe illness and death. An inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place regardless of precautions that may be taken. Holder agrees to assume all risks associated with Covid-19 and other infectious and/or communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illness as well as agree to all other health and safety policies and protocols set forth at www.redsox.com/healthandsafety, current guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and applicable federal, state, city, and local laws and policies.

The holder of this ticket is subject to Fenway Park rules and regulations including smoking prohibitions and restrictions on entry. Items that are prohibited upon entry at Fenway Park are listed at www.redsox.com. All patrons and their belongings are subject to search by Club security personnel prior to gaining entry to Fenway Park, and by tendering this ticket for entry into Fenway Park, the holder consents to such search. Prohibited items may be confiscated. Failure to consent to such search will result in denial of entry into Fenway Park. Reentry is not permitted at any gate.

This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade or commercial purposes without the express written consent of the Club. The ticket holder shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the Fenway Park Activity, including but not limited to any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction or other information concerning the Fenway Park Activity (the "Fenway Park Activity Information"). The Club is the exclusive owner of all copyright and other proprietary rights in the Fenway Park Activity Information. The Club, any participating club or team, the applicable broadcast rights holder, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., and MLB Advanced Media, LP shall have the unrestricted right and license to use the ticket holder's likeness as included in any broadcast (live or recorded), telecast or photograph taken in connection with the Fenway Park Activity. The holder grants permission to the Club, the other participating club(s)/teams, the broadcast rights holder and their respective agents, affiliates and licensees to utilize the ticket holder's image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction, in whole or in part, of the Fenway Park Activity, for any purpose whatsoever including commercial purposes.

If this ticket is issued for a Fenway Park tour, and the tour is cancelled or rescheduled by the Club for any reason, the holder shall have the right, upon presentation of this ticket in person, to reschedule the tour within twelve months of the date of the original tour. After such twelve month period, the holder's right to reschedule the tour shall terminate and no refund shall be issued. Fenway Park tour schedules and areas accessible on the tour are subject to change for any reason.

If this ticket is issued for a game, and such game is rescheduled for any reason including due to a rain-out, this ticket will be valid for the rescheduled game date and time, and the ticket holder will not be entitled to a ticket exchange or refund for any reason. If the game (or the first game in the case of a single admission doubleheader) specified on this ticket commences but the game (or doubleheader) is not played to completion for any reason, including due to weather conditions, the ticket holder will not be entitled to a ticket exchange or refund for any reason. If the game (or the first game of a single admission doubleheader) specified on this ticket is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled, a refund will automatically be posted to the payment card used for purchase. Handling charges, convenience fees and other service charges are not refundable. Game schedules are subject to change for any reason at any time (including game dates, times, and opponents).

If this ticket is issued for parking privileges, the ticket holder agrees that by presenting this ticket at the parking premises designated on the front of this ticket, the ticket holder assumes all risk of property damage, theft, loss, and personal injury occurring in or around the designated parking premises, and agrees to release the Club, its parent and affiliated entities, the property owner/operator of the designated parking premises and each of their employees, agents and representatives from all claims arising in connection therewith. No parking refunds shall be issued for any reason.

This ticket ("Ticket") evidences a revocable license ("License") to attend the event ("Event") described on the face hereof. The promoter or sponsoring organization ("Promoter") of the Event retains outright ownership of this Ticket. Physical possession of this Ticket is being temporarily provided to the holder ("Holder") to merely serve as evidence of the existence of the License.

RESALE OF THIS TICKET AT A PRICE GREATER THAN THE FACE VALUE IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED. Holder agrees that violation of such restriction on resale shall result irreparable harm to Promoter for which damages shall be difficult or impossible to ascertain. Holder further agrees that a violation of such restriction is conclusive proof that there is an immediate danger that Holder will conceal or dispose of this Ticket and all other tickets for the Event or any of Promoter's other events in Holder's possession. Accordingly, in the event of a violation of such restriction on resale, Promoter shall have the right to obtain (i) an order of sequestration to reclaim possession of this Ticket and all other tickets for the Event or any of Promoter's other events which are then in the possession of the person(s) who so violated such restriction ("Violators") and (ii) an injunction or other equitable relief restraining Violators from subsequently violating such restriction on resale for any of the Promoter's events.

The License may be revoked with denial of admission to the Event (i) for any reason, at the Promoter's or facility's discretion, upon refund of the face value of this Ticket and (ii) for "cause" with no compensation or refund. As used in the preceding sentence, "cause" shall include, but is not limited to, disorderly conduct at the Event, engaging in description, photography or reproduction of any kind of the Event, violation of any of the Promoter's or facility's rules and regulation and selling or purchasing this Ticket at a price greater than the Face Value.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and if so are void.

Holder voluntarily, assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or after same, including, without limitation, injury from any thrown objects, acts or omissions of others (including performers and participants), and actions or omissions of third parties over which Promoter has no right of control. Holder agrees that the facility, Promoter agents, and/or related persons are neither responsible, nor liable for any injuries expenses, claims or liabilities resulting from or related to such causes.

COVID-19 IS AN EXTREMELY CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THAT CAN LEAD TO SEVERE ILLNESS AND DEATH. AN INHERENT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 EXISTS IN ANY PUBLIC PLACE REGARDLESS OF PRECAUTIONS THAT MAY BE TAKEN. HOLDER, ON THEIR BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF ANY ACCOMPANYING PARTIES, AGREES TO (1) ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH COVID-19 AND OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASES, AND (2) COMPLY WITH ALL RELATED HEALTH & SAFETY POLICIES OF THE PROMOTER AND THE FACILITY.

Holder grants permission to the facility and Promoter and their designees to utilize Holder's image or likeness in connection with any broadcast or other reproduction of this Event.

Additional convenience, handling and transaction fees may be added to ticket price. In case of cancellation of the Event, you must return this Ticket to the place of purchase within 30 days from the date of the Event for refund of ticket price only. This Ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Tickets can be damaged by exposure to heat and sunlight. Valid only for the Event and seat for which it is issued. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. EVENT DATE, SUPPORT ACTS AND THE TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. FENWAY CONCERTS ARE RAIN OR SHINE. Not responsible for damage to, or articles left in, vehicles.
