Know Before You Go

As a reminder, your tickets are Mobile-Entry and can be accessed via the MLB Ballpark app or MyTickets webpage. Paper tickets, PDFs, and screenshots are not accepted at Progressive Field. We recommend you access your tickets before arriving at Progressive Field. For those with an Apple device, you should proactively add your tickets to your Apple Wallet.

To access your tickets, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the Ballpark app via the iOS App Store or the Android Google Play Store
2. Use your MLB.com account email and password to log in and see your tickets (same email and password used to purchase your tickets or accept your ticket forward)
   • If this is your first time buying or accepting tickets with this email address, email verification will be needed to prevent fraudulent access to tickets
3. Access your tickets via the 'TICKETS' tab to scan your tickets at the gate

Prior to entry:

• Forward any tickets to guests coming with you before arrival. Once a ticket is scanned, it can no longer be forwarded or recalled to someone else's phone
• Make sure you can access your tickets before arriving at the gate
• Turn your phone screen brightness up all the way

Effective at the start of the 2024 season, Progressive Field will be a cashless venue. All purchases inside the ballpark must be made with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Guards Mobile Wallet. Additionally, and at no charge, fans will be able to convert cash to a prepaid card via reverse ATM machines that can be used for purchases inside and outside the ballpark. These will be located near Lower and Upper Level Fan Services (behind sections 153 and 550), the left field gate and right field neighborhood area.

Express Pickup is available at Progressive Field in five locations. Order your favorite concession food from anywhere in the park and pick it up at a designated express pickup area. You can place an order through the MLB Ballpark app by opening the Guardians team page and click the ‘Express Pickup’ tile.

Ballpark renovations at Progressive Field are underway at The Corner of Carnegie and Ontario. Continuing through Opening Day 2025, Progressive Field Reimagined is dedicated to creating a long-lasting impact in the city of Cleveland and beyond through construction to improve and extend the life of the ballpark, as well as to provide an enhanced fan experience.

Fans will be able to experience some of the new ballpark enhancements in 2024. These include the open-air Terrace Garden space with improved sight lines to the city, as well as the Paul Davis Pennant District in right field, which will feature an open-air space for hosting both larger and smaller group outings. There will be a pedestrian pathway lined with Jersey barriers for gameday access on Ontario St. This will allow for safe passage along Ontario between Carnegie Ave. and Eagle Ave/Larry Doby Way.

The Gateway East Garage will be pass only for Opening Day on April 8. For those with parking passes to the garage, the garage will open at 12 PM ET.

Gateway East Garage
Fans who purchased a parking pass on cleguardians.com or over the phone with a Fan Services team member can park in the Gateway East Garage located at 650 E Huron Rd, Cleveland, OH 44115. Fans are able to enter the garage as early as 3 hours before game time. Please note that parking passes will be turned away if you arrive earlier than the 3-hour window. Fans can stay in the garage until 7 hours after the start of the event. All parking passes are mobile-only and will be delivered via the MLB Ballpark app. There will be an attendant in the garage directing people where to park.

If you need ADA parking, please let the parking attendant know upon arrival to the garage. ADA parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. All rules apply for ADA parking as with general parking passes.

Premium Parking (P-Lot)
Fans with P-Lot parking passes should enter the Gateway East Garage via Bolivar Road. A parking attendant will direct the fans to their reserved spaces.

Kids Club members: don’t forget to pick up your Guardians Kids Club Kit on the Family Deck outside of the Kids Clubhouse. Kiosk will be open until the 5th inning at every home game.

If you are unable to see or access your tickets in your MLB Ballpark app, visit CLEGuardians.com/mytickets to access your tickets via your MyTickets account. Your MyTickets login information will be the same as your Ballpark app login.
