Report: A's Graveman loses arbitration case

Right-handed pitcher lost his arbitration case with the Athletics, according to MLB Network insider Jon Heyman. The club has not confirmed the report.
Graveman will make $2.36 million in 2018 instead of the $2.6 million he proposed when the two sides exchanged figures in mid-January. It was the veteran hurler's first year of arbitration eligibility.
Graveman, 27, went 6-4 with a 4.19 ERA over 19 starts for the A's last season. He is 22-24 with a 4.11 ERA in 411 2/3 career innings.
