Alex Dickerson extended his hitting streak to 10 straight games for Triple-A El Paso Thursday while fellow Chihuahua outfielders Manuel Margot and Hunter Renfroe had their streaks stopped in a 4-2 loss at Fresno.
Dickerson, 25, was 2-for-4 with a RBI as he raised his batting average to .350. Dickerson is a product of Poway High and the University of Indiana.
Margot and Renfroe were both 0-for-4. Margot's hitting streak ended at 10 games, Renfroe's at six.
Right-handed starter Greg Reynolds (1-2, 6.41 earned run average) allowed three runs on six hits and a walk with three strikeouts in five innings.
There was movement in the Padres minor league system Thursday. Shortstop Ruddy Giron (groin soreness) was activated from low Single-A Fort Wayne's disabled list and infielder Daniel Bravo was transferred from Fort Wayne to extended spring training.
Catcher Rocky Gale was promoted from Double-A San Antonio to El Paso to take the place of Austin Hedges, who will be out four to six weeks following surgery to repair a broken hamate bone in his left hand.
Catcher Ricardo Valenzuela was transferred from El Paso to San Antonio.

Starting RHP Walker Lockett (0-2, 4.28 ERA) allowed seven runs (six earned) on 12 hits with four strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings.
