Tomorrow, the Milwaukee Brewers will host the 12th Annual "Cerveceros Day" at Miller Park when the team takes on Miami at 3:10 p.m. The celebration will honor the heritage and importance of Latin American culture to the great game of baseball.
Cerveceros Day is sponsored by Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin.
On Saturday, the Brewers will take the field in jerseys with the traditional "Brewers" script replaced by the Spanish translation "Cerveceros." The ballpark will take on a Latin American flair all day with scoreboard features, mariachi bands and much more.  
The fun starts with local group Mariachi Monarcas de Milwaukee regaling fans with tunes on the plaza near the home plate gate before the game. They will also perform the national anthem. The Dance Academy of Mexico, a local performance group for kids in Milwaukee, will perform routines during pre-game at the Clock Tower Plaza. Local band Nabori will also play at Friday's Patio starting 90 minutes before the game and will play an hour postgame concert as well.
Fans will be able to try some tasty treats as the Crew will offer specialty foods and beverages that night. Specialty candy will be available for purchase at the Field Level Grab and Go, while churros will be at the custard stands in the First and Third Base Wards. For those above the age of 21, Espolon Paloma's, Espolon Margaritas and Michelada's will be on tap the First and Third Base Ward bars.
A special Cerveceros theme night package that gave fans a ticket to the game as well as a tailgate chair has sold out. However, tickets in most general Miller Park seating categories remain available for purchase.
The Brewers Team Store by Majestic in the Hot Corner will also have a variety of Cerveceros T-shirts available for purchase. Select styles will be available while supplies last.
In addition, UMOS, a non-profit advocacy organization, is hosting the "Cerveceros Tailgate" at Helfaer Field. The popular tailgate event is also sold out.
Brewers Community Foundation will auction off the commemorative "Cerveceros" uniforms worn by the players and coaches. The online auction at brewers.com begins on Monday, July 3 at 11:00 a.m. CT and concludes on Sunday, July 9 at 8 p.m. CT. A portion of the money raised will go directly to Brewers Community Foundation and will be earmarked for the Wisconsin Hispanic Scholarship Fund and the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee Scholarship Fund.
