LUBBOCK, Texas – There only may be less than one month left before the end of the regular season, but there’s still plenty of jockeying for position in the latest College Baseball Hall of Fame Power Poll. Yet remaining constant are the two teams at the top.

LSU (35-7) and Wake Forest (37-6) were the top two unanimous picks in this week’s poll, with the Tigers earning all first-place votes after a weekend sweep of Alabama in SEC play, while the Demon Deacons got all the second-place votes after stepping out of ACC play to get a pair of wins against Wofford and High Point.

After that, however, there was plenty of movement. Notably, Florida (35-10) moves back into the No. 3 spot after a weekend sweep of Missouri in SEC play. Stanford (28-13), which took two of three from UCLA in Pac-12 action, is steady at No. 4 while Miami (Fla.) (31-15) and Vanderbilt (32-11) each move up to tie for the No. 5 spot. Miami earned a series win in ACC play over previous No. 11 Louisville, while the Commodores swept previous No. 14 Kentucky in SEC play.

The rest of the top 10 includes No. 7 Tennessee (30-14), which swept Mississippi State in an SEC series, No. 8 South Carolina (35-8), which fell five spots after losing two of three to Auburn in an SEC series, No. 9 Arkansas (32-11), which earned a sweep over Texas A&M in the SEC, and West Virginia (32-9), which cracks the top 10 after a three-game series sweep over Baylor in the Big 12.

Texas Tech and Kentucky had the biggest drops this week. The Red Raiders (30-15) fall 10 spots to No. 19 after losing two of three in the Big 12 at Kansas State, while the Wildcats are down seven after the sweep at the hands of Vanderbilt.

Two teams make their debut in the poll this week as UTSA (33-11) comes in at No. 24 and traditional power Cal State-Fullerton (26-13) is in the poll for the first time at No. 25

Old Dominion and UCLA fall out of the poll this week.
