LUBBOCK, Texas – After ascending to No. 1 in the poll last week, the Demon Deacons of Wake Forest solidified their hold on the top spot in the College Baseball Hall of Fame Power Poll, garnering all first-place votes for Week 13.

The Demon Deacons (42-8) earned yet another ACC series victory, this time taking down Florida State to earn all four first-place votes. Behind Wake Forest, however, there was some shuffling.

LSU (39-11) dropped its second straight SEC series, this time falling at home to Mississippi State to drop to No. 4 in the poll. That elevated Florida (40-12) three spots to No. 2 after the Gators earned an impressive three-game SEC sweep of then-No. 7 Vanderbilt, while Stanford (34-14) remains steady at No. 3 after taking two of three from Arizona in Pac-12 action. Rounding out the top five is Miami, Fla. (37-16), which earned a road ACC series victory at Pittsburgh.

Arkansas (37-13) holds steady at No. 6 after handling South Carolina in an SEC series, while Tennessee (35-17) jumps two spots to No. 7 after taking two of three from Kentucky in SEC play. West Virginia (39-13), on the verge of winning its first conference title since 1997 when it played in the Big East, comes in a No. 8 after a Big 12 series win over Texas Tech. Dallas Baptist (39-13) jumps three spots to No. 9 after sweeping then-No. 21 UTSA in Conference USA action, and Oklahoma State (36-16) rounds out the top 10 after beating Kansas State in two out of three in a Big 12 series.

South Carolina’s series loss to Arkansas gave the Gamecocks (37-14) the biggest drop of the week, down five spots to No. 16.

Virginia makes its return to the poll at No. 18 after a three-game ACC sweep of Louisville over the weekend, while two teams make their debut in the poll. Big Ten co-leader Indiana (38-14) is in the poll at No. 23 after a sweep of Purdue over the weekend, while Connecticut (37-13) is right behind at No. 24 after taking a Big East series from Butler.
