Minute Maid Park set to host College Classic

Annual tournament will be three-day, nine-game event at Astros' home

The 16th annual Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic returns to Minute Maid Park from Feb. 26-28.
The event -- a three-day, six-team, nine-game tournament -- features several of the nation's top collegiate baseball teams, including 18th-ranked Houston and No. 24 Rice. No. 11 Texas Christian, No. 13 Louisiana Lafayette, No. 22 Arkansas and Texas Tech round out the field.
Various ticket packages are now available at astros.com/CollegeClassic.
Adult tickets purchased in advance are $18 daily or $39 for a three-day pass. Tickets for high school and college students with a valid student ID and children ages 4-14 are $10 daily and $24 for a tournament pass. Astros full-season-ticket holders are offered a $12 daily ticket and a $30 tournament pass.
The tournament also will be televised regionally on ROOT Sports Southwest and on Cox Sports and nationally by MLB Network.
