MILWAUKEE -- Babies and dogs are wearing Dexter Fowler's No. 24 Cubs jerseys. What's up?
Fowler is building a strong rapport with the bleacher fans at Wrigley Field, and has encouraged "Fowlers Howlers."
"My wife and I came up with it," Fowler said. "It's cool that it's taken off a little bit."

On Tuesday, Fowler posted on Twitter: "I've got my eye out for #FowlersHowlers take a pic in my shirt/jersey & u could win tix to next home stance." He meant home stand, but auto-correct created the typo.

Fowler, 30, never did this during his seven seasons before joining the Cubs and isn't sure how long he'll continue. He's heard the Fowlers Howlers on the road as well as at home and has gotten some great responses. He recently tweeted: "Y'all killin me with these cute pics. Dogs and babies. Cheaters lol"

"It's good that some people have embraced it," Fowler said. "I hear it all the time. I make sure I acknowledge them."
