Buster Posey: With a lifetime .328/.388/.559 slash line against left-handers, the catcher has proven to be one of the best in baseball in those matchups. Posey could provide production at a premium position when he faces Pirates left-hander Jeff Locke (career 4.39 ERA, 1.39 WHIP).

David Ortiz: In his legendary career, the slugger has logged an outstanding .295/.398/.585 slash line against right-handers. Ortiz could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he faces White Sox fly-ball-prone righty Miguel Gonzalez (career 4.67 FIP, 1.3 HR/9 rate).

Travis Shaw: The third baseman will be poised to improve on his lifetime .273/.343/.457 slash line against right-handers when he faces the right-handed Gonzalez. Shaw may be part of a productive lineup, as the Red Sox lead the Majors with an .838 OPS against righties.
Mookie Betts: Having compiled 14 homers, 11 steals, 49 RBIs and 60 runs across 317 plate appearances, the outfielder has been one of the most productive players in baseball this season. Betts has the plate skills to thrive against Gonzalez and the speed to swipe a base against catchers Dioner Navarro or Alex Avila, who have thrown out 11 out of 49 would-be base stealers in 2016.
Robinson Cano: Much of the second baseman's impressive career resume can be traced to his lofty .318/.365/.528 slash line against right-handers. Cano -- who has compiled 19 homers across 282 at-bats this season -- could excel in a matchup against Tigers righty Mike Pelfrey (5.36 FIP in 2016).

Kyle Seager: As a big leaguer, the third baseman has posted an .809 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .701 mark vs. lefties. Seager could display his power or drive in multiple runs when he tangles with the right-handed Pelfrey (career 4.53 ERA, 1.49 WHIP) and a Tigers bullpen that ranks 29th in the Majors with a 4.96 ERA.
Seth Smith: Smith has long fared best vs. right-handers, against whom he has registered a lifetime .832 OPS (.599 vs. lefties). From a premium lineup spot, the outfielder could reach base often or score multiple runs against Pelfrey (career 4.27 FIP), who in his career has allowed left-handed hitters such as Smith to post a .797 OPS (.753 OPS allowed to righty batters).
Leonys Martin: With 10 homers and nine steals across 197 plate appearances, the outfielder has been a cost-effective option in many 2016 DraftKings contests. Martin could have a productive game when he brings his lifetime .720 OPS against right-handers (.581 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Pelfrey (4.79 ERA, 1.70 WHIP in 2016).
Shin-Soo Choo: The outfielder has produced pronounced lifetime splits, with a .907 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .687 mark vs. lefties. From his premium lineup spot, Choo could use his patient approach to reach base often and score multiple runs when he bats at his hitter-friendly home park against Orioles righty Kevin Gausman (career 4.20 ERA, 1.29 WHIP).
Matt Wieters: Wieters will be poised to provide production at a premium position when he brings his lifetime .807 OPS against left-handers (.716 vs. righties) into a matchup with southpaw Derek Holland (career 4.34 ERA, 1.32 WHIP) and a Rangers relief corps that ranks 28th in the Majors with a 4.76 ERA. The switch-hitting catcher could have success when he bats from the right side against Holland, who in his career has allowed right-handed hitters to post a .778 OPS (.649 OPS allowed to lefty batters).

Mark Trumbo: With 20 homers and 51 RBIs across 265 at-bats, the outfielder has been one of the most powerful players in baseball this season. Trumbo could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he bats at hitter-friendly Globe Life Park in Arlington against Holland (5.14 ERA, 1.35 WHIP in 2016) and an unreliable Rangers bullpen.
Corey Dickerson: Hitting .201 this season, the outfielder could have a reduced cost in DraftKings contests when he brings his impressive lifetime .904 OPS against right-handers (.627 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Indians fly-ball-prone righty Josh Tomlin (career 1.5 HR/9 rate).
Madison Bumgarner: With a lifetime 2.95 ERA, a 1.11 WHIP and an 8.8 K/9 rate, the left-hander is among the most consistent aces in baseball. Bumgarner could post a notable DraftKings total when he faces the Pirates at pitcher-friendly PNC Park.
Steven Wright: Having produced a 2.22 ERA and a 1.12 WHIP, the right-hander has been a cost-effective second starter in many 2016 DraftKings contests. Wright could compile six-plus effective innings with a win when he is backed by a potent Red Sox lineup in a matchup against a White Sox lineup that ranks 26th in the Majors with a .690 OPS against righties.

Clayton Kershaw: With a 1.87 ERA, a 0.85 WHIP and a 10.5 K/9 rate since the outset of 2013, the left-hander is the consensus choice as the most dominant pitcher in baseball. Kershaw could spin a gem when he works at his offense-suppressing home ballpark against the Nationals.
