Miguel Cabrera: With a lifetime .312/.425/.550 slash line against left-handers, the first baseman has proven to be one of the best in baseball during those matchups. Cabrera could put a ball into the outfield seats when he tangles with Rays fly-ball-prone lefty Drew Smyly (1.9 HR/9 rate in 2016).

Ian Kinsler: The second baseman has traditionally excelled vs. left-handers, against whom he has a lifetime .883 OPS (.763 vs. righties). Hitting leadoff, Kinsler may maximize his opportunities to reach base and score runs at the expense of the southpaw Smyly (5.32 ERA in 2016).

David Ortiz: In his legendary career, the slugger has posted a lofty .295/.398/.584 slash line against right-handers. Ortiz could add to his impressive 2016 totals of 18 homers and 63 RBIs across 259 at-bats when he faces Angels righty Jhoulys Chacin (5.64 ERA, 1.49 WHIP in 2016).
Travis Shaw: Hitting .214 since June 1, the third baseman could have a reduced cost in DraftKings contests when he faces Chacin (career 4.12 FIP, 1.35 WHIP). In his career, Chacin has allowed left-handed hitters such as Shaw to post a .765 OPS (.672 OPS allowed to righty batters).
Danny Valencia: Hitting .326, the third baseman has been a strong contributor to many 2016 DraftKings squads. Valencia could thrive when he brings his impressive lifetime .887 OPS against left-handers (.684 vs. righties) into a matchup with Pirates southpaw Jeff Locke (career 4.30 ERA, 1.38 WHIP).
Marcus Semien: With 15 homers across 265 at-bats, the shortstop has been one of the most powerful players at his premium position this season. Semien could have an excellent game when he brings his lifetime .847 OPS against left-handers (.666 vs. righties) into a matchup with the left-handed Locke (5.12 ERA, 1.37 WHIP in 2016).
Matt Carpenter: With 42 homers and a .383 on-base percentage since the outset of 2015, Carpenter -- who qualifies at second base and third base in DraftKings contests -- has the necessary blend of power and patience to post a notable DraftKings total when he faces Brewers righty Matt Garza (5.36 ERA, 1.56 WHIP since the outset of 2015).

Colby Rasmus: The outfielder has long fared best vs. right-handers, against whom he has a lifetime .784 OPS (.675 vs. lefties). Rasmus could rip a round-tripper or drive in multiple runs when he faces White Sox fly-ball-prone righty Miguel Gonzalez (5.17 ERA, 1.54 WHIP in 2016).
Brandon Belt: Among the first baseman's 73 career homers, 50 have been hit away from his pitcher-friendly home park. Belt -- who has owns a .311/.406/.519 slash line against right-handers this season -- will be in prime position to rip a round-tripper when he faces righty Shelby Miller (6.79 ERA, 1.77 WHIP, 1.9 HR/9 rate in 2016) at homer-happy Chase Field.
Adam Eaton: From a premium lineup spot, the outfielder could reach base often or score multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .774 OPS against right-handers (.728 vs. lefties) into a matchup with righty Mike Fiers (4.41 ERA, 1.35 WHIP in 2016). Also of note: Eaton will attempt to put balls into play against an Astros squad that ranks 24th in the Majors with a .678 defensive efficiency ratio.

Mitch Moreland: As a big leaguer, Moreland has registered a .790 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .651 mark vs. lefties. The first baseman could go deep or drive in multiple runs when he meets up with Twins righty Ervin Santana (lifetime 4.18 ERA, 1.29 WHIP, 1.2 HR/9 rate), who in his career has allowed left-handed hitters such as Moreland to post a .772 OPS (.699 OPS allowed to righty batters).
Nomar Mazara: The left-handed-hitting rookie outfielder will be in prime position to improve on his .300/.355/.489 slash line against right-handers when he faces the right-handed Santana (4.64 ERA, 1.44 WHIP in 2016) and a Twins bullpen that ranks 27th in the Majors with a 4.59 ERA.
Shin-Soo Choo: Hitting leadoff, the outfielder may maximize his opportunities to reach base and score runs when he brings his .904 OPS against right-handers (.693 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Santana and a Twins squad that ranks last in baseball with a .661 defensive efficiency ratio.
Ian Kennedy: With a 3.96 ERA, a 1.18 WHIP and an 8.6 K/9 rate, the veteran right-hander is having a solid season with the Royals. On Friday, Kennedy could continue to serve as a second-starter option in DraftKings contests when he faces a Phillies lineup that ranks 28th in the Majors with a .688 OPS vs. righties.
Steven Wright: Having posted a 2.18 ERA and a 1.14 WHIP this season, the right-hander has the skills to compile six-plus effective innings vs. an Angels lineup that ranks 19th in the Majors with a .713 OPS against righties. The knuckleballer could also come away with a win if his supporting cast can improve on its Major League-best .831 OPS against right-handers at the expense of Chacin.

Julio Teheran: Across his past 12 starts, the right-hander has posted game-changing stats -- a 1.61 ERA with a 0.75 WHIP. On Friday, Teheran could combine six-plus effective innings with a win when he works at his pitcher-friendly home park in a seemingly advantageous matchup against the Marlins' Justin Nicolino (5.17 ERA in 2016).
Nathan Eovaldi: With a 4.24 ERA and a 1.39 WHIP in his career, the right-hander could have a reasonable price tag when he gets a break from facing deep American League lineups at his hitter-friendly home park and works at offense-suppressing Petco Park against a Padres lineup that ranks 29th in the Majors with a .654 OPS against righties.
