Jonathan Schoop: With 23 homers across 508 at-bats since the outset of 2015, the second baseman has proven to be among the most powerful players at his premium position. Schoop could rip a round-tripper or drive in multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .737 OPS against right-handers (.566 vs. lefties) into a matchup at his offense-inducing home park against the right-handed Volquez (career 4.28 ERA, 1.43 WHIP).
Mike Trout: 
With a lifetime .311/.399/.571 slash line against right-handers, Trout has proven to be among the best in baseball during those matchups. The outfielder could post an impactful DraftKings total when he vacates his pitcher-friendly home park and faces righty Nathan Eovaldi (career 4.10 ERA, 1.38 WHIP) at homer-happy Yankee Stadium.
Carlos Beltran: 
The veteran outfielder -- who has 14 round-trippers across 202 at-bats this season -- could put a ball into the outfield seats at his offense-inducing home park when he brings his lifetime .280/.357/.486 slash line against right-handers into a matchup with Angels fly-ball-prone righty Jered Weaver (1.5 HR/9 rate since the outset of 2015).
Brian McCann: With 34 homers since the outset of 2015, the catcher is arguably the most powerful player at his premium position. The left-handed-hitting McCann is a prime candidate to go deep when he faces the homer-prone Weaver at Yankee Stadium, which is especially power-inducing for lefty batters.
Didi Gregorius: The shortstop has posted notable career splits, with a .712 OPS against right-handers that exceeds his .590 mark vs. lefties. Gregorius could provide production at a premium position when he bats at his hitter-friendly home park against the righty Weaver (5.18 ERA, 1.48 WHIP in 2016).
Matt Adams: 
The first baseman has long fared best vs. right-handers, against whom he has a lifetime .836 OPS (.583 vs. lefties). Adams could hit a homer or drive in multiple runs when he faces Reds righty Alfredo Simon (8.94 ERA, 1.92 WHIP in 2016) at homer-happy Great American Ball Park.
Matt Carpenter: Hitting leadoff, the third baseman may maximize his opportunities to reach base and score runs when he takes his lifetime .866 OPS against right-handers (.772 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the right-handed Simon (career 4.47 ERA, 1.37 WHIP) at Cincy's hitter-friendly venue. Carpenter could also excel late in the game against a Reds relief corps that ranks last in baseball with a 6.51 ERA.
Matt Holliday: With balanced career splits that include a .308/.378/.524 slash line against right-handers, the veteran outfielder has the plate skills to excel in a matchup at Cincy's offense-inducing home park against Simon (6.90 FIP in 2016) and an unreliable relief corps.
Christian Yelich: 
Hitting .328 with a .419 on-base percentage, the outfielder has been a notable contributor on many 2016 DraftKings squads. Hitting in the No. 3 spot in Miami's lineup, Yelich could score or drive in multiple runs when he brings his lifetime .803 OPS against right-handers (.704 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Twins righty Ricky Nolasco (career 4.56 ERA, 1.32 WHIP).
Derek Dietrich: The second baseman will be poised to succeed when he brings his lifetime .796 OPS against right-handers (.640 vs. lefties) into a matchup with the righty Nolasco, who has a 5.46 ERA and a 1.47 WHIP since joining the Twins at the outset of 2014. Dietrich could also excel against a Minnesota relief corps that ranks 26th in the Majors with a 4.48 ERA.
Justin Bour: The first baseman will be in position to thrive when he faces the righty Nolasco, who in his career has allowed left-handed hitters such as Bour to post a .790 OPS (.726 OPS allowed to righty batters). For his part, Bour has logged a career .825 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .546 mark vs. lefties. Also of note: Minnesota ranks last in the Majors with a .665 defensive efficiency ratio.
Enrique Hernandez: 
With a .350/.417/.650 slash line against left-handers since the outset of 2015, the outfielder is emerging as one of the best in baseball during those matchups. Hernandez could excel in a contest against southpaw Chris Rusin (career 5.08 ERA, 1.52 WHIP) and a Rockies relief corps that ranks 24th in baseball with a 4.30 ERA.
Trayce Thompson: The outfielder will be in prime position to improve on his lifetime .958 OPS against left-handers (.859 vs. righties) when he faces the southpaw Rusin, who in his career has allowed right-handed hitters such as Thompson to post an .855 OPS (.740 OPS allowed to lefty batters).
Yu Darvish: 
With a 3.27 ERA and an 11.2 K/9 rate in his career, the ace right-hander will be in position to post a game-changing DraftKings total when he faces an Astros lineup that leads the Majors with 579 whiffs.
Chase Anderson: 
With a 2.97 ERA and a 0.73 WHIP across his past five starts, the right-hander is emerging as a viable second starter in DraftKings contests. On Wednesday, Anderson could continue to fare well vs. an A's lineup that ranks 24th in the Majors with a .697 OPS against righties and will be without the DH position at a National League venue.
Max Scherzer: 
With a 3.05 ERA, a 1.03 WHIP and a 10.5 K/9 rate since the outset of 2013, the right-hander has the skills to spin a gem when he crosses paths with a White Sox lineup that ranks 27th in baseball with a .681 OPS against righties.
