Injury: Right shoulder inflammation

Expected return: First half of 2026

RHP Jake Cousins
Injury: Recovery from Tommy John surgery
IL date: March 24 (60-day IL)
Expected return: Second half of 2026
Status: Underwent Tommy John surgery in June 2025 and could be a second-half option for the Dodgers. (updated April 3)
RHP Brock Stewart
Injury: Recovery from right shoulder surgery
IL date: March 22 (15-day IL)
Expected return: Late April or early May
Status: Faced hitters for the first time on March 27 and will throw at least one more live session before beginning a rehab assignment. (updated March 31)

Injury: Recovery from left elbow surgery

Expected return: Late May
Status: Underwent surgery in November 2025. He began hitting on the field in late March, keeping him on track to be activated from the IL once he's eligible. (updated March 28)
RHP Landon Knack
Injury: Right intercostal strain

Status: Has not thrown since March 13, when he tweaked his side while throwing in the bullpen before a spring start. He will not begin a throwing program until he's pain-free. (updated March 27)

Injury: Right shoulder soreness

Status: Dealt with shoulder soreness during Spring Training. He progressed to throwing off the mound by the time the Dodgers broke camp, but the team is building him up slowly. (updated March 26)
