SAN FRANCISCO -- The Diamondbacks continued to roll through a soft part of their schedule as they beat the Giants, 7-5, on Tuesday night at Oracle Park.
Arizona is now 10-2 in its last 12 games, with all of those games coming against the Giants and Rockies. The Diamondbacks are a perfect 5-0 against San Francisco this year, and they wrap up this three-game set with them Wednesday afternoon.
Eduardo Rodriguez had a solid outing for the Diamondbacks, allowing just two runs over six innings of work.
With the Diamondbacks up 4-2, Ketel Marte broke the game open for them in the seventh with a 452-foot, two-run homer to left field. Adrian Del Castillo also went deep as part of a three-run second inning that gave Arizona the lead for good.
