March 5th, 2021

Pulaski, Va. – Beginning this season, Pulaski River Turtles baseball will be broadcast on the local affiliate of the worldwide leader in sports.

Calfee Park Baseball has partnered with ESPN Blacksburg to broadcast the entire 54-game regular season on 93.1FM, 97.1FM, 810AM and the ESPN Blacksburg app. Every live broadcast will also be available online at www.espnblacksburg.com.

“The ESPN brand is synonymous with sports, and considering our longstanding relationship with ESPN Blacksburg, this partnership is a perfect fit,” says Pulaski River Turtles general manager JW Martin. “They will do a great job of delivering quality coverage to our fans.”

The partnership grants exclusive broadcast rights of the games to ESPN Blacksburg for the 2021 season, making the New River Valley sports station the home of Pulaski River Turtles baseball.

“We are so excited to partner with the Pulaski River Turtles,” says ESPN Blacksburg Operations Manager Paul VanWagoner. “We feel that there is a strong bond between the local communities of the New River Valley and their sports teams, and we couldn't be happier to be part of that.”
