Heyward, Arrieta, Rizzo among loaded draft class 10 years ago

The MLB First-Year Player Draft 10 years ago was stocked with talent. Four of the first 10 picks have earned Major League All-Star nods, and a flurry of household names were taken in the first five rounds.
Three Cubs stars were drafted back in 2007, all of whom won a World Series title with the club last year: , and . Between these three Cubs players, there are a combined total of five All-Star appearances, five Gold Glove Awards, and a pair of Silver Sluggers.
Eight of the 12 players highlighted in this list have played in the 2017 postseason, with four of them competing in the League Championship Series in their respective divisions. 
Without further ado, here's a look back at that loaded draft class.

Josh Donaldson (TOR) - compensation round A, 48th overall by the Cubs
(MIA) - second round pick, 76th overall by the Marlins
(CLE) - fourth round pick, 134th overall by the Padres
Jake Arrieta (CHC) - fifth round pick, 159th overall by the Orioles

Anthony Rizzo (CHC) - sixth round pick, 204th overall by the Red Sox
