Teams, players and fans have been getting creative in their efforts to boost their candidate's odds to win. Aguilar's Brewers teammates donned T-shirts bearing the phrase "I believe in Jesus" for batting practice, after spending time making his case via their social media accounts.
Brewers officials in Milwaukee also took their plea to the public. On Tuesday at Holey Moley Coffee + Doughnuts, the first 500 fans received a "Sweet Jesus" doughnut while casting their votes.
On the Mariners' side, the entire team wore "SendSegura" shirts upon boarding their flight to Anaheim on Monday to start their upcoming road trip.
Every team that has a Final Vote candidate has made similar efforts to push voting for their candidate.
Fans can cast votes for the final player on each league's roster -- on computers, tablets and smartphones -- exclusively online as part of the 2018 Camping World MLB Final Vote, as well as via the MLB At Bat and MLB Ballpark mobile apps, until 4 p.m. ET today.
The Final Vote is not fans' only way to weigh in. On Tuesday, while watching the 2018 All-Star Game presented by Mastercard live on FOX, fans can submit their choices for the Ted Williams Most Valuable Player Award presented by Chevrolet with the 2018 All-Star Game MLB.com MVP Vote.
