NL WC Game available to MLB.TV subscribers

October 2nd, 2019

After having access to nearly every game all season long, eligible MLB.TV subscribers will also now be able to watch Tuesday's National League Wild Card Game between the Brewers and Nationals.

All postseason games telecast on MLB Network, TBS and FOX will be available to MLB.TV subscribers who are authenticated subscribers to the applicable network through a participating pay TV provider.

That means those MLB.TV subscribers within the United States will be able to watch on their computers or mobile devices as Nationals ace Max Scherzer toes the rubber against Brandon Woodruff and the Brewers in Tuesday’s winner-take-all showdown. International users can watch the game live on every supported device.

Scherzer has had Milwaukee's number in the past, putting up a 2.13 ERA in six starts against the Brewers since he joined the Nationals in 2015. The absence of NL Most Valuable Player Award candidate Christian Yelich (fractured right kneecap) figures to make matters even tougher for the Brewers, though they went 13-5 and averaged almost five runs per game down the stretch following Yelich's season-ending injury.

The winner of Tuesday's game will advance to face the Dodgers in the NL Division Series. If the Nationals win, Game 1 is scheduled for Thursday at 8:37 p.m. ET. If the Brewers win, the game will begin at 9:37 ET/8:37 CT on TBS. Be sure to watch all of the action live on MLB.TV.
