Here's a look at top prospects to watch in Monday's Minor League action:
Hitter to watch: Mauricio Dubon (Red Sox's No. 11), Portland vs. Trenton (7 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Dubon recorded his second straight multi-hit game on Sunday as he went 4-for-4 with two doubles in Double-A Portland's loss against Binghamton. The four-hit performance was his third of the season and first at the Double-A level. The 22-year-old shortstop has hit .333 with 11 extra-base hits over 26 games since being promoted from Class A Advanced Salem, where he posted a .306/.387/.379 batting line with 24 steals and 53 runs scored in 62 games.
Pitcher to watch: Jose De Leon (Dodgers' No. 2), Oklahoma City vs. New Orleans (8:05 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
De Leon, No. 20 on the Top 100, was masterful in his last start for Triple-A Oklahoma City on July 20, when he yielded four hits over a career-high eight scoreless innings to pace Oklahoma City in a 7-0 shutout of Tacoma. The 23-year-old right-hander fanned 10 hitters, giving him consecutive 10-strikeout starts, as well as 64 strikeouts against 14 walks through 43 1/3 frames for the season. Opposing hitters own a .190 average against him.
Duel of the day: Mike Soroka (Braves' No. 11) vs. Mitch Keller (Pirates' No. 14), Rome vs. West Virginia (7 p.m. ET on MiLB.TV)
Soroka has a 3-9 record in 18 games (17 starts), but the 18-year-old right-hander has been plenty impressive for Class A Rome in his first full pro season. The 2015 first-rounder owns a 3.30 ERA and an 83-21 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 101 innings, and he's yielded just two home runs while posting an outstanding ground-ball rate.
Keller enters the day having not allowed more than two earned runs in three straight starts for West Virginia. He hasn't been as dominant recently as he was during the first month of the season, when he registered a 0.86 ERA and a 28-1 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 21 innings (four starts), but the 20-year-old is still having a strong full-season debut, with a 2.70 ERA, a 0.88 WHIP and a 98-12 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 93 1/3 innings (17 starts).
