MLB has partnered with Candy Digital to release unique NFT editions for all 30 MLB teams as part of the MLB Stadium Series, giving fans the chance to bid on digital collectibles featuring artwork of each team’s venue created by renowned digital artist S. Preston, who is known for his minimalist designs.
The Progressive Field NFT design incorporates the ballpark’s distinctive light stanchions that tower over the field, commonly referred to as the "toothbrush lights."
The Indians auction, which launched Monday and runs through Thursday at 7 p.m. ET, features a 1-of-1 “Gold Edition” NFT that comes with an exclusive experiential package, including four field-box tickets to Opening Day at Progressive Field in 2022, a field tour at Progressive Field on a non-gameday, a visit to the broadcast booth and the opportunity to throw out the first pitch at a 2022 Cleveland home regular-season game on a mutually agreed upon date.
There are also Progressive Field “Steel Edition” NFTs available for $100 each.
