R.B.I. 21 is here, with features fans asked for

March 16th, 2021

R.B.I. Baseball is back, and you’ll want to be one of the first to get their hands on the 2021 edition, which is available starting today. There are a ton of new features for this year’s game, including Statcast data for every pitcher that models real-life form and pitches, 19 different camera angles, increased customization of batting controls and much more.

For the first time in R.B.I. franchise history, you’ll be able to create your own player, designing the perfect five-tool star, a flame-throwing starting pitcher or anyone else you’ve been dreaming to put on your roster. This year, there will be play-by-play commentary, as requested by R.B.I. fans, and MLB Network’s Fran Charles will be calling the action.

There is also a new progressive time-of-day system, which gradually changes afternoon to evening, and twilight to night in real time. There will also be frequent roster updates as real Major League moves are made in-season, brand-new player models and customizable difficulty levels.

With Opening Day around the corner, it’s time to open a new season with R.B.I. Baseball 21, which is rated E for Everyone and will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PC & mobile devices. For Nintendo Switch players, there will also be an online play option for head-to-head matchups.
