The Reds acquired Minor League infielder Leonardo Rivas from the Angels on Thursday as the player to be named to complete Monday’s trade in which they also acquired right-hander Noé Ramirez for right-hander Raisel Iglesias and cash.
Rivas, 23, was ranked the Angels' No. 25 prospect by MLB Pipeline. The switch-hitter was signed by the Angels as a non-drafted free agent in 2014 and has played five Minor League seasons. He was a Pioneer League All-Star in 2017.
