The best hitters in baseball were recognized on Monday when the finalists for the Silver Slugger Award were announced by Louisville Slugger.

The award recognizes the best offensive performers at each position in each league. The best designated hitter is included in the American League, while the best offensive pitcher is awarded in the National League.

This season’s World Series teams, the Atlanta Braves and the Houston Astros, were each well represented with five players apiece on the list, tied for the most of any team in MLB. The Blue Jays and the Yankees also have five finalists.

Silver Slugger Award winners are decided by votes from the manager and three coaches of each MLB team. Votes are based on a combination of statistical production as well as the managers’ and coaches’ general impressions of a player’s overall offensive value.

The winners will be announced on MLB Network at 6 p.m. ET on Nov. 11. You can see the full list of finalists below:
