LOS ANGELES -- Reliever Tom Koehler suffered a setback in his recovery from a right anterior capsule sprain of the shoulder and an expected return was pushed back to August, Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Sunday.
Koehler was nearing a rehab appearance when he threw a curveball this week and felt discomfort. He has been out since suffering what was originally termed a mild sprain in his first Spring Training appearance.
