Rays right-hander Jake Odorizzi and Astros right-hander Collin McHugh are each drawing more trade interest, particularly from the Twins and Orioles, according to a Wednesday report by MLB Network insider Ken Rosenthal.
The Twins recently learned that staff ace Ervin Santana will miss 10-12 weeks recovering from surgery on his right middle finger, and Minnesota doesn't have many proven options in its rotation behind Kyle Gibson and Jose Berrios.
The Orioles are in need of reliable starters behind Kevin Gausman and Dylan Bundy. Baltimore starters had the highest ERA in the Majors last season, at 5.70.

Odorizzi, who turns 28 in March, posted a 4.14 ERA in 28 starts for Tampa Bay last season. In six seasons (one with the Royals and five with the Rays), he has a 3.83 ERA with an 8.0 K/9.
McHugh, 30, may not have a spot in Houston's rotation. The Astros acquired Justin Verlander last August and traded for Gerrit Cole this offseason. McHugh didn't make his 2017 debut until July 22 after rehabbing from an elbow injury, but posted a 3.55 ERA in 12 starts.
From 2012-13, McHugh appeared in a combined 15 games for the Mets and Rockies, but he has a 3.70 ERA and an 8.4 K/9 over four seasons with the Astros.
