The 2018 Winter Meetings in Las Vegas opened without any major moves getting done, but the rumor mill was in full effect with significant developments for a number of marquee names. 
The Yankees are presumably out on , but still in on Manny Machado; the market for Indians ace is said to be heating up; and All-Star Marlins catcher J.T. Realmuto continues to draw significant interest from several teams.

AMERICAN LEAGUE EAST
Blue Jays
Starting pitchers and have drawn "significant interest" from several teams, according to general manager Ross Atkins, but that doesn't mean Toronto is motivated to move either right-hander. More >

New general manager Mike Elias expects to pick a manager by the end of the month, from a pool of six candidates the O's have interviewed. More >
