LOS ANGELES (Sept. 24, 2026) – The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) will welcome back nearly 40,000 runners, walkers, yoga enthusiasts, and Dodger fans for the 13th annual LADF Sunset Run, a one-of-a-kind evening set against the iconic backdrops of UNIQLO Field at Dodger Stadium and the Los Angeles skyline.
Proudly presented by UCLA Health, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), and Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation, this year’s run will raise vital funds to support LADF’s Dodgers Dreamteam and Dodgers Dreamfields programs by investing in youth and safe, quality spaces to play across Los Angeles. More than 400 Dodgers Dreamteam players and coaches will join the run at no cost.
On Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, registrants will participate in a Health + Wellness Expo featuring various vendors, take in sweeping views of Los Angeles on a course that circles the iconic stadium, and step onto the outfield for a guided yoga session. Race day will once again feature the signature 5K, 10K, and Kids Fun Run events. For the first time ever, the evening will include a drone show highlighting LADF and its impact. “Every step taken at the Sunset Run helps create more opportunities for young people across Los Angeles to play, grow, and thrive,” said Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation Chief Executive Officer Nichol McKenzie-Whiteman. “By supporting Dodgers Dreamteam and Dodgers Dreamfields, our run participants are helping remove barriers to sport and invest in safe, welcoming spaces where young people and communities can build brighter futures—together.”
In 2026, Dodgers Dreamteam has provided programming and resources to over 17,000 youth across 156 locations. To date, LADF has invested over $21.3 million to build 68 Dodgers Dreamfields throughout the greater Los Angeles area and will break ground on fields 69 and 70 at Charles S. Farnsworth Park in Altadena in November.
Along the course, runners will enjoy live music, and DJs will keep the energy high throughout, and participants will finish their race day with a cool-down lap on the warning track.
All registered runners will receive a Dodgers ’26 tech shirt, finisher’s medal, race bib with chip timing, and a Miguel Rojas limited-edition Run bobblehead. The 2024 and 2025 World Series Trophies will also be on display for photo opportunities with participants and fans.
Event sponsors include Archer Meat Snacks and Melissa’s. UVify is the official Drone Show Sponsor, and the California Community Foundation is the Kids Fun Run Sponsor. Golden Road Brewing will once again provide a Beer Garden for participants ages 21 and older.

Registered runners are encouraged to pick up their race packets on-site between 1:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. in the Centerfield Plaza accessible from the Left Field Gates, where the Health + Wellness Expo will be open.
