Arlington, Texas -- Sunday’s 2019 Park Place Dealerships Texas Rangers Triple Play Game Show Spectacular established a new record for gross receipts with a total of $770,000 raised, it was announced today.

Over $225,000, also a record, was raised in the live and silent auctions. The highest amount in the live auction was two $31,000 bids for a private jet trip accompanied by Hall of Famer Ivan Rodriguez to see the Rangers play in Anaheim against the Angels.

The event, which took place at the Hilton Anatole Dallas, was a complete sellout. The net proceeds of Triple Play benefit the programs and projects of the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation.

The entire Rangers’ team was in attendance for the event, which also featured the players competing in a pair of game shows, Fielders Feud and Heads Up.
