A's announce nine roster moves

The Oakland A's optioned right-handed pitcher Chris Bassitt to Triple-A Nashville, the club announced today. The A's also reassigned left-handed pitchers Eric Jokisch and A.J. Puk, right-handed pitcher Kyle Finnegan, catcher Sean Murphy, infielder Steve Lombardozzi and outfielders Anthony García, Slade Heathcott and Nick Martini to their minor league camp.
 
The A's now have 39 players in camp. That includes 36 players on the 40-man roster, which is full, and three non-roster invitees. The breakdown includes 19 pitchers, five catchers, eight infielders and seven outfielders.
