The Oakland A’s optioned right-handed pitcher Daniel Mengden to Triple-A Las Vegas, the club announced today.

The A’s now have 37 players in camp plus two on the 60-day disabled list. That includes 31 players on the 40-man roster, which is full, and six non-roster invitees. The breakdown includes 18 pitchers, four catchers, eight infielders and seven outfielders.
