The Atlanta Braves are proud to announce today that their partnership with Northside Hospital will continue at SunTrust Park, with an expanded series of gameday and community programs. The partnership will include in-ballpark signage, health awareness campaigns and presenting sponsorship of the Matt Kemp bobblehead giveaway on July 14.
"We are thrilled that Northside Hospital will have a presence in SunTrust Park, and we look forward to partnering on programs and initiatives that will positively impact our community," said Atlanta Braves President of Business Derek Schiller.
In the ballpark, Northside Hospital will occupy the center advertising panel on the new BravesVision scoreboard located in center field and standing at 64 feet tall by 121 feet wide. Additionally, Northside Hospital will be featured on the rotational signage behind home plate.
Outside of the ballpark, Northside Hospital will collaborate with the Atlanta Braves Foundation as an Official Community Partner, and they will also join two health awareness campaigns that the Braves conduct during the season.
On Saturday, June 24, Northside Hospital will again host a night for cancer survivors and their families. On Friday, July 14, the Matt Kemp bobblehead giveaway will be presented by Northside Hospital and available to the first 20,000 fans through the gates.
"The Atlanta Braves are gearing up for an exciting future at SunTrust Park. We are honored to participate with the Braves organization to support their efforts, as well as to help tell the Northside Hospital story to our patients and their families," said Bob Quattrocchi, president and CEO of Northside Hospital.
