The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have agreed to terms on contracts with 33 international free agents today, including 21 players from Dominican Republic, 11 from Venezuela and one from Panama. Overall, today’s announced signings consist of 15 pitchers, 10 outfielders, four infielders, two catchers and two utility players.
