Major League Baseball (MLB) and the largest 5K event series in the world, The Color Run®, are teaming up for the sixth summer in a row to bring The Color Run MLB All-Star 5K to MLB All-Star Week. This year’s edition hits downtown Cleveland on the morning of Sunday, July 7. This unique course route begins in Cleveland’s Bicentennial Park, will take participants along the hub of All-Star fan activity, MLB’s PLAY BALL PARK, which is happening inside and outside the Huntington Convention Center, and will feature scenic views of Cleveland’s historic downtown landmarks throughout the duration of the race. Additionally, runners will also get to see Cleveland baseball legends and team mascots at the race! To register, click here.

“Our goal at The Color Run MLB All-Star 5K is to create an exceptional experience that embraces downtown Cleveland’s unique feeling. The course absolutely rocks!” said Chad Evans, The Color Run MLB All-Star 5K event director. “In addition to the colorful festivities and iconic scenery from The Forrest City, participants will also get to experience the fun of All-Star Week action with MLB legends and mascot appearances.”

While this is the sixth consecutive MLB All-Star Week featuring a unique Color Run, it is the 10th All-Star Week overall featuring a baseball-themed 5K for fans. The first event took place in 2009 with the All-Star Charity 5K & Fun Run in St. Louis.

Color Runners are encouraged to arrive early and warm-up with the MLB mascots prior to the event’s start time — to get runners pumped for the 5K super course. After participants go through the start tunnel, they can run, dance or walk their way through a one of a kind route that features multiple color zones, vibrant music, and Baseball-themed activations throughout. After smashing through the finish line, Color Runners will hit the super-charged Finish Festival featuring the most activations in the history of The Color Run. There will be music, dancing, and The Color Run’s signature massive color throws every few minutes from the main stage.

Color Runners will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of registration packages. The limited edition The Color Run MLB All-Star 5K participant kit includes a unicorn hero medal, custom MLB All-Star tee and much more! Below are the ticket options:
