The Colorado Rockies announced today that they have recalled right-handed pitcher Karl Kauffmann from Triple-A Albuquerque and have placed right-handed pitcher Peter Lambert on the 15-day injured list with right biceps tendinitis.

Colorado has 39 players on its 40-man roster.
